Cultivating Culture

Join us on Zoom as we look at Cultivating Culture, the 2nd message in our mini-series called,
"How's Your Posture?"

Along with a time of worship, hearing stories of Cultivating Culture, and fellowship, we will take some time in break out rooms to share around the question of: What are you cultivating in your sphere of influence?

Ellen will bring a Children's Moment during the ZOOM meeting as well.

Next week we are back live in person at Chandler Mowat Community Center for a special Peace Focus. This service will also be live streamed on our website and through Youtube.

Jr. Youth

It's been so good to meet as a growing Jr. Youth Group as much as possible outdoors at Hidden Acres. We are trying to stave off the cold and continue to meet outdoors on Tuesday nights from 6:30-8:00.

We just started a new topic, and are learning about family trees in the Bible.

I also wanted to highlight a virtual creative faith space that MCEC is hosting during November. This Sunday at 10am the focus is on music with guest musician Jacob Moon. Registration is still open for this virtual event and the other 2 sessions this month. You can find out more details about this event at the link below.

Snack Attack Update

Snack Attack provides children in the Chandler Mowat community a healthy snack and a conversation each Wednesday afternoon.

You are welcome to join Snack Attack each Wednesday from 1:30 to 4:00—come for the whole time or for as long as you are able.

Advent Reflection Evenings

Again this year we will be joining virtually for mid week Advent reflections. These evenings will be a time to pause, wait and anticipate together.

The dates are December 1, 8, 15 and 22^ndfrom 8:00 to 8:30 pm. You are welcome to join as often as you are able.
