Hidden Acres Mennonite Camp is looking for Cabin Leaders, Summer Maintenance Staff, Assistant Cooks and Lifeguards this summer. Hidden Acres provides opportunities for you to impact the lives of young people, serve in a safe and fun environment, grow in your ability to be a leader and have fun through it all! Do you have old smartphones, tablets, desktops, iMac's, iPod's, or iPad's lying around? You can donate them to support the Community Cupboard (food and clothing bank for those people in Kitchener & area). All the money will go to support the Community Cupboard and each item is worth money, whether it is working or not. (It is helpful to know whether the device works or not, and the cellphone carrier - if applicable.) The money goes to support the 500+ food hampers which are given out each week. This is a year-end fundraiser. Drop your items off at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (137 Queen Street South, Kitchener) between 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday. Prayer in the Park is an opportunity for all Christians in Waterloo Region to connect in one place and seek the Lord together for renewal in the church and the inhabitation of God's Spirit in our Region. The event will take place Sunday, June 2nd from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. at Kitchener's Victoria Park by the Clock Tower. Please bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on and keep in mind parking in Kitchener is free on Sundays. For more information, click here

 

Evangelical Anabaptist Partners (EAP) meets regularly throughout the year. Their next worship night is Sunday, June 2nd at K-W Chin Christian Church (182 Victoria St. North, Kitchener) beginning at 7:00 p.m. EAP deeply hungers for revival and renewal among individual Christians and churches.
