Hello Gathering Church,

As the days of summer continue, our hope is that you are finding moments of refreshment in the beauty of creation.

Our Gathering Church Camping Weekend at Hidden Acres (August 22 to 24) is quickly approaching. The weekend gives us the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Hidden Acres. Spend some time in the pond, at the playground, in nature, in conversation with one another and around the campfire.

If you have not registered for overnight stays, please do so. 

To help us prepare for the weekend, we request that you would reply to Ruth (office@gatheringchurch.ca)  by Wednesday August 13^th. 

1. For those not staying over at HAC, will you be joining us on Saturday for daytime/evening activities?  

2. Will you be joining us for Sunday worship at HAC (10:30) and staying for our congregational lunch?   If so, how many adults and children?

As a reminder, our new insurance policy does not allow us to have a potluck lunch so we need numbers to prepare the lunch so there is lots of everyone to enjoy.
