Over the Easter Weekend we will join together for two worship services.

Good Friday, April 3^rd for a time of quiet reflection and remembrance of Jesus’ death on the cross. We will celebrate communion.  10:30 CMCC

This morning Catherine spoke to a grade 9 class at Rockway Mennonite Collegiate. She spoke of how God continues to invite The Gathering to share God’s love with the community through the sharing of food and the building of relationships. The Rockway students will be participating in serving at Snack Attack on March 24, April 14 and 28, and May 12 as they learn about food insecurity and how their involvement in serving others contributes to justice in our Region. This is another way of living into our mission statement. We are grateful for Rockway’s participation in our ministry.

There is no Snack Attack this week as the children and youth are on March Break.

Please join in praying for the CM community.  For fun, safety and rest during this week off school.

Sunday June 14^th we will move our worship service to Hidden Acres Camp.  We will meet at 3:00 for an afternoon and evening of Play, Praise, Baptism and enjoying a meal together.

Hidden Acres Mennonite Camp's 42nd Annual Bowlathon is happening again this year on April 11th! This is one of the camp's main annual fundraising events with last year's Bowlathon raising over $31,000! Being warmly greeted on Sunday mornings as we enter CMCC is often where our worship experience begins. Being greeted reminds us that we belong and are welcome. We would love for you to join our Greeting Team. Our Vision and Care team members serve the church through offering prayer, care and wise leadership around our vision.  The Vision and Care team members are:  Marlene Hoekstra, Frank Hoekstra, Gloria Lebold, Doris Maiolo, and Alisha Nafziger.

The Leadership Board brings prayerful leadership to our faith community, meeting monthly to ensure we fulfill our mission and vision and faithfully oversee the many areas of ministry of The Gathering. The members of the Board are: Wazir Ally,  Craig Nafziger and Chris Pot.
