This SundayJoin us this Sunday as our Youth bring leadership to our worship service. The youth have been working together to form a morning of worship through song, engagement with scripture, prayer and a reflection where we will be encouraged to watch for God all around us. Children will be staying in the service this Sunday. Following the service we will have a special snack prepared by the youth. After fellowship and snacking, we will have lunch together. At 12:45 we will move into our congregational meeting. Join us next Sunday as we begin our new series on Storytelling. Come hear stories from scripture, stories from the writers in our midst and stories about the way God is working in and through The Gathering Church. |

This SundayAt the Congregational Meeting, the Board and Vision and Care will present a newly written welcoming statement as we continue to focus on the priorities from the Credence and Co. report. The congregational meeting will be held from 12:45 to 2:15 at CMCC with lunch provided between morning worship and the meeting. Thank you, |

Snack AttackPlease pray for Snack Attack. For relationships to form. For encouragement to be given and received and for the community to experience the love of God. With the warm weather here, there are many opportunities for conversation and engagement with the children and youth at Snack Attack. Please continue to pray for God’s love to be received through a healthy snack pack, check-ins and care. |

Youth Bible QuizzingWe celebrate the hard work, great effort and contribution of our Youth Bible Quizzing Team at Saturday’s Bible Quizzing Tournament. Abigail, Ben, Cade, Eli, Hana and Olivia did an amazing job at hitting the buzzer and answering questions from Genesis 1 to 23. Jared participated in the training sessions. Thank you to Daniel and Jeff for investing in our youth and encouraging them in learning and applying God’s Word. Thanks to the enthusiastic cheering squad from The Gathering. The youth are already excited for next year. |

...Men: have you ever wanted to learn to make a tomato-based pasta sauce from scratch? Yes? Well now is your chance! You are invited to a cooking class at a venue TBA, May 5, 2026 at 6 p.m. And, obviously we'll be sharing a meal of pasta and meatballs after the cooking class concludes (there will be a minimal cost of $5 per person to cover the cost of the ingredients)! ...May 29 & 30 celebrates the 60th anniversary of the New Hamburg Mennonite Sale. Our church once again will be looking for volunteers for popping & selling Kettle Corn. |

T-shirts for the Children's Back-to-School Clothing DriveAs the weather warms up, please consider purchasing new t-shirts for September's Back-to-School Clothing packing and distribution day. Last year we were able to provide a second t-shirt for each child due to generous donations from the congregation. We hope to do the same this year.
Please limit your donations to the following sizes:
Boys S (6-7), M (8), L (10-12) and
Girls S (6-7), M (8), L (10-12)
