Join us in person at Chandler Mowat or over livestream as we encounter God's immeasurable love towards us this Advent. What does it mean that God's rejoices over you with singing? We will enjoy a service of word, song, and reflection on God's love.

What amazing love is this that the Godhead comes down to us in the little clan of a little people and takes on a human face? With Mary, we rejoice in God, our Savior, by actively participating in God's leveling mercy.

We will try and keep you warm by a campfire and provide you with a hot drink to enjoy. The rest is up to you bundling up to come and enjoy the stars that are always brighter out at hidden acres and to hear from a couple of the wisemen about the Christmas story.

We are all hoping for a white Christmas right? If there is snow on the 14th we want to build some snowmen!

Year-end Financial Update

Thank you for your continued generous support of The Gathering Church and its ministries. And thank you in advance for helping to close the gap for this year’s current shortfall and for considering The Gathering Church in your giving plans for 2021.

*Approved Budget for 2021 is $280,655. If that budgeted amount were split evenly across the year, one would expect to have received/spent $257,267 for the year-to-date.

**Total Expenses excludes the one-time payment for the sound equipment upgrade of $21,280, which will be funded by our reserves and will not come out of this year’s budget.

This is the time of year when we, as a board, start to look at the budget for the upcoming year. Whatever is given in 2021 will help inform how we plan for 2022. Please join us as we pray for wisdom and discernment on how best to move into 2022 with faith and hope.

Christmas Eve Carol Sing over Facebook Live
